Roasted Beet Walnut Salad

  • 1 bag of Snuck Farm mixed greens
  • 1 bunch of Snuck Farm beets, quartered and roasted
  • Beet greens from 1 bunch of beets
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 4 oz Goat Cheese or Feta Cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped toasted walnuts
  • Top with your favorite balsamic vinaigrette


Combine and enjoy.
