Sourdough Soups & Bowls: Feb 2025

Sourdough has grown with increasing interest due to its natural, slow fermentation process making it comfortable to digest and delicious to eat. 

Lo from Lo’s Kitchen will show in this small demonstration style class setting how to make use your sourdough starter beyond just the classic loaf of bread. Step by step you will learn how to make perfect sourdough soup bowls AND how to make a homemade creamy loaded harvest soup, using sourdough starter as a key ingredient too! 

Come hungry as you’ll enjoy a filling meal from the farm - the demonstrated soup in a bread bowl with a fresh salad using Snuck greens, and a sourdough chocolate chip cookie to finish.
