The idea of using natural yeast is quickly expanding from the roots of the iconic loaf of artisan bread, and becoming part of everything we bake. Due to its unbeatable taste and health benefits, Lori, from Lo's Kitchen, has made it her mission to use the art of sourdough in just about anything - including doughnuts!
In this demonstration workshop, you will learn more about how to use and take care of a sourdough starter and take part in making sourdough bagels and pretzels from beginning to end. Lori will make a batch of each variety for participants to taste.
Workshop Cancellation Policy
Since seating is very limited, we are not offering refunds once a workshop has been purchased.
However, if you are no longer able to attend the workshop, you can email us with the name of the person to whom we should transfer the ticket.
