Join us for a culinary experience in our Seasonal Vinaigrettes workshop, where you'll learn the secrets of creating and utilizing delectable vinaigrettes to elevate your dishes to a whole new level. In this demonstration-type class, Bri, from the Snuck Kitchen, will unlock the key components of crafting balanced, mouthwatering dressings that perfectly complement a variety of salads, vegetables, meats, and more. From classic to innovative blends, you'll gain confidence in your ability to whip up an array of vinaigrettes that will impress family and friends.

What to expect.

  • Sneak peek into our hydroponic greenhouse, including discussion on how we grow and what is fresh on the farm right now
  • Learn how to make four vinaigrette recipes, recipes included
  • Take home a bag of SNUCK greens and four sampling vinaigrettes
  • Appetizer and salad meal provided
  • Enjoy a beautiful evening at Snuck farm 

The majority of food used for this class will come from Snuck Farm and other local farms and artisans in the community.

Since seating is very limited, we are not offering refunds or credit to another workshop, once a workshop has been purchased.

However, if you are no longer able to attend the workshop, you can email us with the name of the person to whom we should transfer the ticket.
