Join Lori from Lo’s Kitchen for a cozy and festive hands-on Holiday Dinner Rolls workshop, perfect for home bakers of all levels. You’ll learn how to mix, shape, and bake a variety of classic dinner rolls that are sure to impress at any holiday table. Whether you're prepping for a big family feast or simply want to level up your bread-baking skills, this workshop will cover everything from troubleshooting to make-ahead hosting tips.
Lori will guide you through shaping techniques for traditional round rolls, buttery crescents, and the beloved Lion House roll, sharing her favorite tips and tricks along the way. As you work with the dough, you'll get a feel for texture, proofing, and forming picture-perfect fluffy rolls. You'll also learn how to turn this dough into sweet and savory variations.
Each student will leave the class with a batch of their own freshly baked rolls, confidence in mastering dough, approachable inspiration for the holidays, and lots of opportunities for tasting!
