Hands-On Sourdough Focaccia: April 2025

In this hands-on Sourdough Focaccia baking class, you'll master the art of creating beautifully soft, golden-brown focaccia. Lori, from Lo's Kitchen, will walk you through the process of making the perfect dough from start to finish, and share techniques for achieving that signature airy texture. Come hungry, as we'll be eating a decadent savory focaccia sandwich for dinner, gathered at our farm table in a cozy setting. She’ll also showcase a variety of sweet and savory focaccia styles, offering plenty of inspiration for home. 
 
You'll leave with a batch of freshly baked focaccia you've prepared, a bag of Snuck greens, and Lori's sourdough starter. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned baker, this class will help you elevate your focaccia game to the next level.

Since seating is very limited, we are not offering refunds once a workshop has been purchased.
