After crafting countless loaves of bread, Lori, from Lo's Kitchen, wanted to eliminate all the sourdough myths out there - rumors that it's hard, time-consuming, or complicated. Her mission is to bring the love and ease of sourdough into every home, opening up the idea that it truly is a bread for every skill level and every schedule.
In this hands-on workshop, you will make your own loaf of sourdough to then take home and bake. Lori will demonstrate how to take care of a starter, how to add fun seasonal mix-ins to your dough, and ways to score the loaf prior to baking. You will leave with inspiration to incorporate sourdough more into your everyday, prepared dough to bake at home, and a sourdough starter from Lori's starter she uses daily. Plus, there will be plenty of tasting!
