Eating seasonally is a beautiful way to practice mindful eating and be more conscious of where our food comes from, appreciate the abundance that Mother Nature provides us each season, and lessen the environmental impact we make through our food choices.
Eating with the seasons also allows us to nourish ourselves with an abundance of nutrient-dense foods that provide so many vital nutrients to our bodies.
At this demonstration workshop you’ll discover the joys of eating seasonally, gain knowledge of seasonal produce, and learn cooking skills that will leave you empowered to make eating seasonally part of your lifestyle.
Your evening will start with a tour of our market garden greenhouse where you’ll discuss seasonal foods and see what is fresh on the farm right now. You’ll then come back to the farm kitchen where Lindsey, from LK Cooking, will demonstrate ways to make use of the season's bounty in a variety of recipes that you’ll get to take home with you.
The evening will culminate in gathering around the farm table to share the delicious food that was prepared.

Since seating is very limited, we are not offering refunds or credit to another workshop, once a workshop has been purchased.
However, if you are no longer able to attend the workshop, you can email us with the name of the person to whom we should transfer the ticket.
