Boards and Spreads: Fall Edition Workshop 2023

Time: 7:00PM-8:30PM

Join us in our seasonal Boards and Spreads workshop, where we will teach you how to create show stopping charcuterie boards for all your get togethers. This workshop will provide instruction on how to design, source, and prepare crudités, antipastos, and traditional charcuterie boards–ending with hands-on practice in creating your own personal mini board to bring home. 

What to expect: 

  • Instruction on designing spring spreads including sizing, garnishing, platter selection, etc. based on seasonal foods
  • Tips and tricks for creating delicious pairings of local cheeses, meats, produce, and more. 
  • Guidance on different cutting techniques and the right tools to use.
  • Sourcing information for creation of future boards.
  • Personal slate and ingredients to create your own mini-board to take home.

The majority of the food used for this class will come from Snuck Farm and other local farms and artisans in the community.

Since seating is very limited, we are not offering refunds or credit to another workshop, once a workshop has been purchased. 

However, if you are no longer able to attend the workshop, you can email us with the name of the person to whom we should transfer the ticket.
