Artisan Sourdough Bread: April 2024

Tue, April 9 | 6:30-8:30pm
Snuck Farm, Pleasant Grove, UT.

More and more people are becoming drawn towards the love of natural yeast for its unbeatable taste and health benefits. After crafting countless loaves of bread, Lori, from Lo's Kitchen, wanted to eliminate all the sourdough myths out there - rumors that it's hard, time-consuming, or complicated. Her mission is to bring the love and ease of sourdough into every home, opening up the idea that it truly is a bread for every skill level and every schedule.

In this demonstration workshop, Lori will go through every step of the process of making a beautiful, classic loaf of artisan sourdough bread. She will also show how to take care of a sourdough starter, how to include fun mix-ins in your bread, and how you can bring sourdough into other amazing everyday recipes at home.

What to expect:
- Leave with confidence in using natural yeast
- Take home a starter of your own from Lori's original starter she uses daily
- Demonstration on how to make classic sourdough bread from beginning to end
- Troubleshooting tips
- Delicious tasting of several different flavors of sourdough and spreads from the farm in a cozy setting
