Snuck Share Policy

Substitutions:  We do our best to provide our members with consistency, however, please know that the contents of the weekly share are subject to change depending on the harvest. If a substitution is made, we will inform you via our weekly emailed newsletter. We are not able to accommodate individuals requests for item substitutions.

Payment:  Signing-up automatically enrolls you into our monthly subscription program. Payments will be withdrawn from your original payment method once per month on the day in which you sign-up for your share.

Holds: Shares can be held for up to 4 weeks.  For example, if you will be out of town for a vacation, you may place your subscription on hold and it will automatically resume after the designated time.  Hold requests can be managed by logging into your account online or emailing us at csa@snuckfarm.com.

Cancellation: Your share can be cancelled at any time, however your cancellation must be received before your next month's payment is due.  To cancel your share, simply log into your online account and follow the prompts to cancel.

Pick-up:  Snuck Share members are responsible for arranging the pick-up of their share during their scheduled time.  Failure to do so means that your share will be donated at the end of the designated pick up time and is not eligible for a refund or replacement. 

Privacy:  We value your privacy, never at any time will we sell or share your personal information. Your private information is only used to collect payment and to communicate with you regarding your Snuck Share.
