Snuck Share Week #2
Hello Farm Members-
It's fascinating to watch a tiny seed evolve into a beautiful plant in a relatively short time frame. Every day is a fresh start, our Butterhead lettuce goes through a six-week cycle of growing to full maturity before it's ready to be enjoyed by you and your family. After the process is finished, we begin the process all over again, with just as much hope for the new seed as we had for the last one. January isn't the only time to start fresh, every day is a chance to start the process over and be just as successful.
A consistent goal that we have is to eat more greens. To help you do the same, we're hosting our first workshop of the year next Thursday, January 17th where we'll be giving you tips on cooking with fresh greens. Reserve your spot for this workshop here.
