Snuck Share Week #12
Hello Farm Members-
If you receive the Family Share, you might notice a new type of green this week that you may not be familiar with. Red Veined Sorrel is a beautiful green leaf with deep red lines running through it (hence the name). This green has the same lemony delicious taste that you'll find in your classic Sorrel that is great used as a potherb in soups or used in salads or to line a baking sheet when cooking fish. The unique flavor of sorrel is a great complement to any dish.
