Yoga on the Farm

Greens, farm life and yoga go hand-in-hand for a life that perpetuates the philosophy of ours to eat well, do good. 

In 2018, we are introducing a weekly yoga class into our schedule, held every Wednesday at 10:00 AM for one hour in the upper loft. We are very excited to bring Kristin Vance, a yoga instructor of twelve years to the Farm, who brings a high level of experience for those who are looking to incorporate yoga into their lifestyle. 

Classes are held weekly, be sure to sign-up for each week to make sure you have secured space in this popular class.
