Sprouting for Beginners

March 11, 2021
6:00-7:30 PM at Snuck Farm

Many of us have heard of sprouted grain bread and other “sprouted” products, such as cereal and oats, touting their superior nutritional value and gastrointestinal benefits, but what’s this all about anyway?

We’ve invited Jessica Romrell back to the Farm to teach us all about what sprouted grains are, how they are beneficial and why, and give us all the knowledge we need to start sprouting grains at home. We’ll start by incorporating sprouted grains into a salad you can easily make at home, and you’ll leave the workshop with everything you need to continue on your sprouting journey.

This workshop is for beginners and those looking to learn more about sprouting.

What to Expect:

  • Learning about the benefits of sprouted foods and how to incorporate into daily meals
  • How to make versatile sprouted foods with a variety of grains
  • Storage, maintenance, and how to know when the sprouting is done

Snuck Farm is committed to keeping our customers, workshop artisans, and team members safe.

During these uncertain times, changes to workshops may occur. We promise to promptly send emails with any updates and appreciate your flexibility and understanding.

However, if you are no longer able to attend the workshop, you can email us with the name of the person to whom we should transfer the ticket.

Thank you!
