Italian Artisan Breads Workshop - February 2023

Date and Time: Monday, February 27th 2023

Come spend and evening with us and learn the skills of Italian bread making. Our instructor, Jonathan Cagnacci, is the owner of the local Italian Bakery, Mastra Bakery. He was born and raised in Italy and has been in the kitchen since he was a little boy. He will be teaching the art of bread making and techniques for two different Italian no-knead breads, ciabatta and focaccia. Come join us in this hands-on workshop where you will create your own dough loaves to take home to bake, and a list of tips and tricks to help you consistently succeed as a home bread maker.  Whether you are brand new to bread-baking, or just looking for some tried-and-tested recipes to add to your repertoire. Come join us for a night filled with hands-on learning with an expert from the field.

What to expect: 

  • Hands-on learning the art of Italian bread making with a professional
  • Learn how to make a no-knead artisan ciabatta and focaccia bread with 4 basic ingredients
  • Take home 2 uncooked bread loafs to rise overnight and cook fresh in your home the next day
  • Connecting others through the power of nourishing, local food.

Since seating is very limited, we are not offering refunds or credit to another workshop, once a workshop has been purchased. 

However, if you are no longer able to attend the workshop, you can email us with the name of the person to whom we should transfer the ticket.
