French Macarons Workshop, Feb 2022

French macarons are both fun to make and eat! This course consists of both demonstration and hands-on tutorials to teach you all about this famous French treat and how to make macaron shells and fillings from scratch. Rebekah Stewart, Le Cordon Bleu Paris-trained chef, will guide you as you experiment with two different variations and will help you feel empowered to create many more flavor combinations at home. You’ll also leave with a box of macarons that you filled yourself. 

What to expect:

  • Learn the process of making macaron shells and various fillings.
  • Samples of macarons to taste along with some to take home to enjoy.
  • Plan on going through each step and leaving with dough ready to finish off at home, aiming to inspire you to start making french croissants at home. All ingredients and equipment are provided.
