Nourishment is about much more than food, it’s about caring for our hearts and souls. As we eat seasonally, we nourish our bodies and minds, becoming more conscious of where our food comes from, appreciating the abundance that Mother Nature provides us each season, and lessening our environmental impact through our food choices. Eating seasonal greens, such as hearty kale, chard, and lettuce, allows us to nourish our whole selves with grounding energy for our heart and nutrient-rich food for our bodies.
At this demonstration workshop, Bri, from the Snuck Kitchen, will help you discover the joys of eating seasonal salads, gain knowledge of different types of greens and their benefits, and learn cooking skills that will leave you empowered to enjoy nutritious, wellness-enhancing greens for Fall.
What to expect:
The majority of food used for this class will come from Snuck Farm and other local farms and artisans in the community.

Since seating is very limited, we are not offering refunds or credit to another workshop, once a workshop has been purchased.
However, if you are no longer able to attend the workshop, you can email us with the name of the person to whom we should transfer the ticket.
