Join us as we gather in the barn kitchen for both demonstration and hands-on tutorials as you learn to make a classic crusty artisan bread along with a cherry cranberry artisan bread. You’ll learn the secret to obtaining a great crust and crumb all in your own kitchen. You’ll also learn how to make Italian focaccia with fresh herbs with a delicious balsamic and olive oil dipping sauce.
We will cover texture, kneading, proving and of course, baking so that you can leave confident and able to recreate delicious breads at home.
You’ll even take home a loaf ready to finish off at home, aiming to inspire the start of your home-baking journey.

Since seating is very limited, we are not offering refunds once a workshop has been purchased.
However, if you are no longer able to attend the workshop, you can email us with the name of the person to whom we should transfer the ticket.
