French Croissants and Puff Pastry June 2, 2022

Perhaps the only thing better than eating French pastry is being able to make it yourself! Join us as Rebekah Stewart, LeCordon Bleu Paris trained chef leads us through the process of creating intricate, flaky pastry dough. The course consists of both demonstrations and hands-on tutorials to teach a variety of techniques and classic recipe variations to guide you on your journey of creating french pastry at home.

You’ll learn the multi-step process of creating puff pastry that can then be turned into delicious croissants.

  • Learn simple variations and recipes to create impressive sweet and savory foods out of the pastry.
  • Time for any questions you have about making bread.
  • Samples of pastry and your own croissants to finish off at home.
  • All ingredients and equipment are provided.

Since seating is very limited, we are not offering refunds once a workshop has been purchased.

However, if you are no longer able to attend the workshop, you can email us with the name of the person to whom we should transfer the ticket.
