Our Response to Covid-19

As you know, our first commitment at Snuck Farm is to the wellness of our community. When our circumstances change, we change with them: adjusting, revising, and flourishing again. Our priority is keeping fresh food safely available for you and your families.

Health experts in Utah have provided research-based, ongoing advice for businesses like ours during the current pandemic. Because we work with food, we had already adhered to strict safety and sanitation practices. We sanitize our work areas frequently, wear clean aprons, wear gloves, and change our gloves often. To these practices we’ve added wearing face masks in our work zones.

We’ve also adapted healthful practices in the public areas of the farm. At the Farmshop, we sanitize surfaces frequently during open hours. We ask that you practice thoughtful and compassionate social distancing. We encourage you to wear a mask to protect others around you while shopping and during workshops. Since only 3-4 customers can comfortably shop inside the Farmshop while distancing, you can expect to form a queue outside during busy times. If you’re at Snuck Farm for a class, you can expect socially distanced seating and activities.

There are many opportunities to appreciate the beauty of the farm, and the ebb and flow of the days. We invite you to meander the flower garden, enjoy the fresh air, say hello to the animals. We invite you to nourish your body and mind, and as always: eat well, do good.
