Much of the produce grown on our farm is done using hydroponic systems. In hydroponics, plants are grown in recirculated mineral nutrient solutions. No soil is used and no water is wasted. Our specially designed re-circulating system uses 90% less water but yields more than 6x the amount of food when compared to growing in the field.
