Growing a Fresh Cut Flower Garden Workshop

April 18th, 7:00 PM- 8:30 PM at Snuck Farm

This year, imagine stepping out into your garden with a pair of clippers and coming back inside with a seasonal, fresh-cut bouquet. That dream is within your reach, and closer than you might imagine. Take your first steps toward making it come true this summer with this cut flower garden workshop from Local Roots Flower Farm. Kyler will be coming to Snuck Farm to lead a workshop on planning, planting, and caring for a cut flower garden of your very own. He’ll discuss the best kinds of flowers to grow in Utah, how to plant for continuous harvest all through the season, and more. Bring your questions and jot down your favorite flower varieties - we’ll be offering many of them as seedlings at our May 4 Plant Sale!

    What to expect:

    1. Information and education on starting a cut flower garden.
    2. Tools of the trade needed to get started.
    3. Planning and purchasing your florals.
    4. Caring and growing your garden.
